Our Commitment to You

At St. Louis Gold Buyers and Jewelry Center, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange items if:

  • The item is in its original condition with all original packaging and documentation
  • The return or exchange is requested within 7 days of receiving the item
  • The item has not been altered, resized, or modified in any way
  • All certificates of authenticity and appraisals (if applicable) are included
  • Your special order item arrives defective. You may only exchange it for the same item. Please be aware that additional shipping fees may apply.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or non-defective special order items
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items purchased during final sale events
  • Items without original packaging or documentation

Return Timeframe

  • All Returns: Request within 7 days of receiving the item(s)

Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email or call us with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Return Authorization – We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions
  3. Ship Your Item – Use insured, tracked shipping and include your RA number
  4. Inspection & Processing – We'll inspect the item within 5–7 business days
  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange – Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Exchange Process

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. If the new item costs more, you'll be invoiced for the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, we'll make it right with a 7-day return window, free return shipping, and priority processing within 3-5 business days.

In-Store Pick-ups

Items purchased and picked up in-store via local pick-up are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be inspected by customer at time of pick up.
