Processing Time

All orders are carefully inspected and packaged within 1–3 business days of purchase. Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping: Next business day (order must be placed by 12:00 PM CST)

Shipping Carriers

We ship via FedEx with full insurance and signature confirmation required on all jewelry and precious metal orders.

All shipments are fully insured for their declared value. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your items arrive safely.

Local Pickup

Prefer to pick up in person? We offer free in-store pickup at our St. Louis location. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
